Denali Spector – Aptos

As a Santa Cruz native and artist, I wanted to design a love letter to my hometown! When someone thinks of Santa Cruz they think of the cool beaches, chill vibes, and lovely people, but, when someone pictures SC, they picture the Boardwalk and all of the fond memories that go with it. Like others, I have so many amazing memories that come with this beloved coaster and wanted to create something that captures the essence of fondness. I chose to make this a black and white cutout as a way to convey the idea of life. It is meant to show that this is indeed the heart of our town. Enjoy 🙂
