Santa Cruz is my soul city. I spent 5 formative years in Santa Cruz and go back to enjoy it as often as I possibly can. I have so many great memories from the Boardwalk and from all over Santa Cruz – a city electric with energy and unending inertia. I painted the iconic Giant Dipper sign as an homage to the city I love so dear. The original painting is acrylic on canvas – 20″ x 20″.
