The Giant Dipper has been a beloved part of my childhood memories growing up in the Monterey Bay Area. From the attraction’s iconic chaser lights and the two high-flying flags atop the 70-foot lift hill to its classic red and white color scheme, every detail left a lasting impression on me. And so, I decided to channel my love for the Giant Dipper into creating my very own ‘Big Dipper’ backyard roller coaster. Now, I can enjoy the beloved attraction on a much tamer scale, sharing the thrill with friends and family right in the comfort of my own home! Happy 100th Birthday, Giant Dipper!
