poem:
Back in May of 24 , something great opened over on the shore
This piece of marvel , was 70 feet high and very spry
People came from all over to gawk, ride and wonder
Lifts, tunnels, dips and hills all made it quite a thrill
95 years later , and hardly a hater
Looff had foresight the was definitely right
The giant dipper is never quitter
