I made this with food. Giant Dipper is my favorite ride. This project was a little bit hard.

We made a Giant Dipper cake out of cake, rice krispie treats, fondant, and frosting and can’t wait until we are big enough to ride the real Giant Dipper!

Illa made the Santa Cruz board beachwalk for her 4th grade classes California historic landmark project. The Lift isn’t completed in the picture but it includes the cave!

This is a picture of a model of the Giant Dipper that was built by my granddaughter, Lydia after she came to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.
